A high-profile soccer match will take place between Raja and Wydad on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 20:00 in downtown Casablanca.
Many fans are expected to attend. Large crowds, heavy traffic, and street closures could result in significant congestion and delays beginning as early as three hours before the game starts. Many stores, restaurants, and cafes around Mohammed V Stadium may also be closed. In the past, some soccer fans have engaged in vandalism and unruly behavior.
U.S. government personnel have been advised to use caution around the area of Mohammed V Stadium, Arab League Park tram stop, and surrounding roadways during this event.
