Demonstration Alert: Sukhbaatar Square (Mongolia), Continuing Protests

Location: Sukhbaatar Square

Event: Protests are occurring on Saturday, January 11, 2025 in Sukhbaatar Square and may continue through Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Please continue to expect heightened police presence and traffic disruptions in addition to possible demonstrations over the next eleven days.

Actions to Take:

Avoid crowds.
Monitor local media for updates.
Avoid the areas of any demonstrations.
Practice sound security awareness.
Review your personal security plans.
