The Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Luxembourg continues to provide only emergency services on a case-by-case basis. Any person entering a consular section in Mission Luxembourg for an emergency service will be required to wear a face covering; children under six years old and those unable to wear a covering are exempted.
