Event: A demonstration to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine will take place today, February 24, 2023, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The demonstration will begin at Cathedral Square at 4:30 p.m., move along Gediminas Avenue towards Parliament from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and conclude with a government-sponsored event in Independence Square from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Actions to Take:
· Exercise caution if unexpectedly in the vicinity of large gatherings or protests.
· Maintain an appropriate level of personal security awareness.
· Monitor local media for updates.
