The U.S. Embassy in Monrovia reminds U.S. citizens resident and visiting Liberia that Tuesday, November 14, 2023, is the official day for the Liberian runoff elections. Heavier than normal crowds surrounding election-related events could impede the free flow of traffic at various locations around the country. The Embassy recommends that all U.S. citizens in Liberia avoid crowds and maintain a heightened state of vigilance during the runoff period.
