The Embassy RSO has received reports of a planned rally at the CDC headquarters along Tubman Blvd in Congo Town beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Liberian National Police have announced that traffic to and from Central Monrovia will be diverted to Old Road. Please plan your travel accordingly.

· Avoid the areas surrounding the demonstration locations. Even peaceful demonstrations may turn violent.
· Avoid large crowds.
· Be aware of your surroundings.
· Monitor local media for updates.
· Exercise caution if unexpectedly in the vicinity of large gatherings or protests.
