Event: The U.S Embassy in Monrovia has received a report of a possible protest beginning at the National Election Commission on Tubman Boulevard on Friday October 28^th at 8:00am and moving towards the Embassy later in the morning.

Actions to Take:

• Avoid the areas surrounding the demonstration locations.  Even peaceful demonstrations may turn violent.
• Avoid large crowds.
• Be aware of your surroundings.
• Monitor local media for updates.
• Exercise caution if unexpectedly in the vicinity of large gatherings or protests.
• Keep a low profile.
