Security Alert: Petra (Jordan), Clashes Between Police and Local Tribe

Location: Petra, Jordan

Event: There are ongoing clashes between a local tribe and the police at the Petra Archaeological site. U.S. government personnel are strongly advised against travel to the Petra Archeological site at this time.
