Event: Authorities report that protests are expected in the vicinity of U.S. Embassy Tokyo on June 14. Protestors are expected in the vicinity of the U.S. Embassy, Akasaka, and surrounding neighborhoods between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on June 14, 2025. There is currently no information to indicate that protests will become violent; however, conditions in large gatherings may change without warning. U.S. government personnel are advised to avoid large crowds and protests, including the Embassy area during the period of the protest.
