FACA to Public-Private Partnership
In June 2024, the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), one of the Department's longest standing federal advisory committees, formally transitioned to a public private partnership (PPP). With this change, the full name was retired and the public-private partnership became known by its acronym only, "OSAC."
