Demonstration Alert: Kingston (Jamaica), Demonstration on November 4

Location: The announced gathering point is Downtown, Kingston Rae Town Jogging Course, across from General Penitentiary.

Event: A demonstration is expected to take place on November 4 beginning at 2 p.m.  The group intends to demand condemnation of Israel and express solidarity with the people of Gaza.

The demonstration is located in an area where U.S. government personnel are prohibited from traveling.

Actions to Take:

        Avoid the areas of the demonstration.

        Exercise caution if unexpectedly in the vicinity of large gatherings or protests.

        Monitor local media for updates

        Keep a low profile.
