Location: Near Brimob Senen , Kramat, Senen, Central Jakarta.
Event: As of 0830 this morning the roads to Brimob Senen office approximately one kilometer from the Embassy and the Parliament building (DPR) are closed. These areas are considered active protest areas. The area around the Polda Metro Jaya headquarters is quiet and the roads around the SCBD area are open. Some entrances to the airport toll road in central Jakarta are reported closed but alternate entrances are open. Plan to build in extra time if you go to the airport as you may need to take alternate routes.

- Avoid the area around protests and demonstrations.
- Monitor local media for updates.
- Avoid crowds.
- Notify friends and family of your safety.
- Be aware of your surroundings.
- Become familiar with alternate routes to common destinations and plan to avoid traffic disruptions.
- Stay alert in locations frequented by tourists.
