Mission China Country Chapter
All China local Country Chapters will be merged into one Mission China Country Chapter. Shanghai is spearheading this initiative and will be responsible for disseminating news and information and organizing events for the chapter. This initiative will streamline efforts while broadening the chapter's perspective and widening the scope of support. The RSO from each U.S. Mission China post will continue to be an active participant in the chapter and provide support in each city.
Chapter Meetings
Country Chapter meetings will be scheduled on a quarterly basis. Each RSO will coordinate with a local partner to arrange a location to host the quarterly meetings which will be conducted virtually, and physically for those located in Shanghai. In order to control access to meetings, participation outside of these venues will not be allowed.
The next quarterly meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 28, 2021, from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. The new data privacy laws and security for the Beijing Winter Olympics will be discussed. The venue for each city is as follows:
