The U.S. Mission in Greece alerts U.S. citizens to planned demonstrations on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 in Athens and Thessaloniki. Additional demonstrations may take place in major cities throughout Greece. Main demonstration sites will include, but may not be limited to, the following areas:
- Athens: Syntagma Square at 7:00 pm.

Actions to Take:
- Avoid demonstration areas.
- Exercise caution if unexpectedly in the vicinity of large gatherings or protests.
