Security Alert: Germany, Terrorism Risk Reminder

Location: Germany, Countrywide

 

Event:  The U.S. Embassy in Germany reminds you that terrorist groups continue plotting possible attacks in Germany.  Terrorists may attack with little or no warning, targeting tourist locations, transportation hubs, markets/shopping malls, local government facilities, hotels, clubs, restaurants, places of worship, parks, major sporting and cultural events, educational institutions, airports, and other public areas.  Please use caution when in and around all diplomatic facilities.

  • Avoid crowds.

·        Keep a low profile.

·        Be aware of your surroundings.

  • Monitor local media for updates.

·        Refer to our website for the latest Alerts and Messages for U.S. citizens.
