Event: Roof Collapse at Jet Set Club
The U.S. Embassy is following the aftermath of the tragic roof collapse of the Jet Set Club in Santo Domingo during the early morning hours of April 8, 2025. Dominican first responders remain on the scene engaging in search and rescue operations.
We urge all affected U.S. citizens to seek medical care if needed, and to inform their families/friends of their situations.
U.S. citizens needing emergency assistance should call Dominican local authorities by dialing 911. For other assistance, contact the U.S. Embassy at 809-567-7775.
