Security Alert: U.S. Embassy Copenhagen, Denmark (September 18, 2025)

Location: Parken Stadium, Per Henrik Lings Allé 2, Copenhagen

Event: FC Copenhagen soccer club will play Bayer Leverkusen today at 6:45 p.m. in Parken Stadium. Expect large crowds and an increased law enforcement presence in the city center, near the stadium, and in the Østerbro neighborhood. We advise U.S. citizens to exercise caution if in the vicinity of the event, to avoid confrontations, and to follow the instructions of local authorities.

Be aware of your surroundings.
Monitor local media for updates.
Keep a low profile.
