Location: Ottawa

Events: Heavy police activity has been reported at the Rideau Center in Ottawa. U.S. citizens are advised to avoid the area until further notice.

Actions to Take   

Avoid the area until further notice.

Monitor the Ottawa Police Service for additional information.  Keep STEP Enrollment Active. If you plan to remain in Canada beyond your previously planned travel dates, modify your STEP profile to continue to receive safety and security information.
