Bermuda Weather Service has issued a Tropical Storm Watch for Bermuda (http://www.weather.bm/tropical.asp) as tropical storm force winds from Hurricane Franklin are expected to impact the northern-western marine area of Bermuda from approximately 10am - 6pm on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. Please take all appropriate storm precautions, including to secure all loose outdoor items to avoid damage from flying objects. Dangerous swells and rip currents will continue to develop over the coming days, while occasional gusty showers sweep through the area. Expected Storm Surge remains minimal at this time.
