Queen Alia International Airport remains open with flights departing daily. Please consult directly with your airline or a travel agent to determine what options may currently be available.
The following land border crossings are currently operating as follows. Operating hours are shortened on Fridays and Saturdays and are subject to change at any time, and the ability to cross may depend on your nationality and on security conditions at the border:
- King Hussein/Allenby Bridge: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed Saturdays)
- Wadi Araba Crossing: 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Jordan Valley Crossing: 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Jaber Crossing (with Syria): Open 24 hours a day
The following border crossings with Saudi Arabia are open 24 hours a day:
- Umari (Al‑Omari) Border Crossing: Primary crossing, approximately 155 km from Amman
- Mudawara (Al‑Mudawwara) Border Crossing: Located farther east, approximately 322 km from Amman
- Al‑Durra Crossing (opposite Haql): Connecting Aqaba with the Saudi city of Haql
Ferry services also operate between Aqaba and Egypt. Individuals seeking to depart Jordan by sea should contact ferry operators directly for schedules and availability.
