France will be implementing strict new restrictions, including heightened testing and quarantine requirements, on travelers arriving from several countries in southern Africa as well as Mauritius. With extremely limited exceptions, non-French or EU-citizens will not be able to travel between France and those nations. U.S. citizens intending to transit France to or from those nations should check with their airlines and be prepared to seek alternate routes.
