Event: A demonstration in support of former President Bolsonaro is expected to take place today at 1730 hours in front of the U.S. Consulate General located on Assis Brasil Avenue. While the demonstration is expected to be peaceful, a large gathering may disrupt traffic and other services in the area. U.S. citizens should avoid the area and exercise caution in the vicinity. Brazilian public safety officials are aware of the protest and are monitoring the situation.
