Event:  If traveling south from Tirana to North Macedonia or Korçë, please be aware that the primary route just past the town of Librazhd is not passable due to road conditions.

If you are traveling toward Korçë or North Macedonia, please use the following alternative routes:

To Korçë:

From Tirana to Elbasan → Gramsh→ Strelc →Lozhan →Maliq → Korçë.

To North Macedonia:

From Tirana to Elbasan → Gramsh→ Strelc →Lozhan → Maliq → Pogradec → Qafë Thanë

Actions to Take:

• U.S. Citizens are advised to avoid the closed road.
• Monitor local media for updates.
• Please follow local road signs and police instructions.
• Drive safely and allow extra travel time.
