The U.S. Embassy in Bridgetown advises U.S. citizens to remain vigilant during the upcoming general elections in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on Thursday, November 27; and in Saint Lucia on Monday, December 1.  Political rallies, demonstrations, and other election-related events may occur in the days surrounding the elections. • Monitor local media for updates on election-related events and potential disruptions.
  • Expect increased security presence and traffic delays in population centers, particularly near government buildings, polling stations, and public squares.
