Alert: Demonstration Alert – Scheduled Demonstration
On Saturday, November 29, 2025, a scheduled demonstration from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., is set to take place in front of the U.S. Embassy.
Police expect approximately 2000 people to take part in this demonstration. The demonstration is expected to be peaceful, although the possibility for demonstrations to escalate always exists. In the event of an emergency, call 1-1-2 for Polish Emergency Services.
Actions to Take:
· If you are traveling in Warsaw, be aware that there will be road closures and possible delays on public transportation.
· Avoid crowds and demonstrations. This is a national holiday, so most schools, offices, and shops are closed, and public places will be busier.
· Be aware of your surroundings.
· Keep a low profile.
· Monitor local media for updates. · Enroll in Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive security updates.
