Security Alert: Uruguay, Travel Advisory Change

The U.S. Embassy advises U.S. citizens that the U.S. Department of State has raised Uruguay’s Travel Advisory from Level 1: Exercise Normal Precautions to Level 2: Exercise Increased Caution due to crime.
