Notification of Estonian Nationwide Siren Test

 

On Wednesday, March 18, the Estonian government Rescue Services Agency will conduct a test of the nationwide EE-ALARM public warning system between 3:00-3:10 p.m. The siren network will be activated using the actual warning sound and alerts will also be issued via the Eesti app, “Ole Valmis!” mobile application, and ERR public broadcasting channels.

The purpose of the test is to assess the range of the siren network. No response to the siren or alerts is required.
