Security Message for U.S. Citizens: Bern (Switzerland), Bern Ouest Pride Festival

As part of the Bern Ouest Pride Festival, there will be numerous events in downtown Bern this weekend.  The largest crowds are expected for the Parade on Saturday, August 26, that will end at the Bundesplatz at approximately 4:15 p.m.  For the detailed parade routes please visit: Bern Ouest Pride Festival Sternenmarch

Some local traffic and transportation will be disrupted, and everyone is encouraged to visit BERNMOBIL for further information.  Additionally, local media reports indicate the potential for demonstrations on the sidelines of the event.
