Security Message for U.S. Citizens: Juba (South Sudan), Security Situation Update

As of May 13, 2017, the security situation in Juba remains unchanged.  However, out of an abundance of caution, the U.S. Embassy has implemented a curfew from 7:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for all Embassy personnel.  The U.S. Embassy encourages U.S. citizens to take similar precautions and to monitor local media and the Embassy website.  Please review the Department of State’s Travel Warning for South Sudan
