U.S. Embassy Beirut invites all OSAC constituents to a meeting of the Beirut Country Council to be held at 2:00 p.m. on April 6.

OSAC’s Middle East Analyst, William Barnes, will be traveling to Beirut during this time to provide a brief overview of OSAC, including how it can benefit private organizations incorporated in or affiliated with the United States, and the requirements for re-establishing an OSAC council in Lebanon.  Security-minded representatives from international organizations, other diplomatic missions, and non-USG affiliated corporations can also be invited by the local regional security office to participate.

If you are interested in attending, please RSVP by Monday, April 4 to RSO Office Manager Jessica Ward (WardJ1@state.gov) and include your full name, nationality, title, and organization.  The meeting will start promptly at 2:00 p.m. so we ask that you come at least 20 minutes prior to accommodate security screening and vehicle shuttle to the meeting venue.  More information about OSAC can be found at the website: http://www.osac.gov.
