The U.S. Embassy in Tallinn informs U.S. citizens of events scheduled for April 26th in Tallinn in memory of the 10th anniversary of the 2007 relocation of the Bronze Soldier of Tallinn, the Soviet World War II memorial.

1900-1930: Public gathering at Tõnismäe park
1930-2000: March/movement to Sakala 20/Tatari 9, where an individual was killed in 2007.
Even demonstrations or gatherings intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and escalate into violence. You should exercise caution if in the vicinity of any large gatherings, protests, or demonstrations. Embassy personnel have been advised to avoid these areas during the events.
